Product introduction:
HY-70W-2 is a specially modified synthetic lithium magnesium silicate.The product expands by hydration solution, it will be forming a colorless, transparent and liquid glue solution.25% solution can remains liquid for a year.HY-70W-2 can rapidly form high thixotropic gel in the presence of a small amount of electrolytes, or when the formula contains resin and pigment wetting agents.

Application:
Products need to be pre-dispersed in water,Its dispersant can be added at any step.Including water-based coatings, industrial paints, household cleaning agents, ceramics and pesticide products.HY-70W-2 dispersions can be used to paper or other surfaces to form smooth, complete, conductive paint film.
Use Method
It is used to make 25% dispersion liquid. The process is as follows:
Adding the HY-70W-2 gradually under the condition of rapid mixing,and then continue to stir after 20 minutes, the viscosity of the system increases rapidly.stopping stir after it disperse evenly, and the dispersion aging for 1 hour, the viscosity will become lower than in the begining. Then stir it for evenly.The HY-70W-2 dispersing liquid does not require high shear force.
Package&Transport
HY-70W-2 should be stored in a dry place.and it must to avoid moisture absorption.
